Off to the pediatrician...

Last night Riley made some alarming noises and Brian and I both bolted into her room. It almost sounded like she was grasping for air...talk about freaking us out! She was breathing ok but does have a rattle and wheezing in her chest. I called her pedi this morning and they want me to bring her in this afternoon to check her out and monitor her. I am praying that it is just a cold and that she will pass through it without any complications. Going back to work Monday will be terrifying if she is sick :o(

On a lighter note....she is starting to like her swing!!! The last couple days when she has been fussing but not really crying (just fidgety if that makes sense) I have taken a chance and put her in it. I turn it on and turn on the rainforest sounds (she likes the birdy sound) and she has been calm. Yesterday I put her in it to see if I could get dinner in the crock pot. Not only did do that but when I checked on her she was asleep so I got her laundry hung up and sorted through all the clothes that don't fit her anymore It was so nice. She is currently swinging away right now and has been for about 40 minutes (sleeping of course)!

Anyways...I will update when I get back from the doctor...wish us luck!
