Wow...I really feel like this weekend flew by so fast. Last night was so much fun. We dropped Riley off at g-ma's house and headed to Brian and Ericka's for some much needed adult time. They are so awesome.....we are seriously the same couple duplicated, her Brian and my Brian are clones I swear...and her and I are looking that way as well. It is just so nice to have someone who you know is going through the same things you are and understands you without you having to say a word.
Tonight has been a whole different story. My mom and I went out to BRU and took Riley with us...she screamed all the way home (and Brian wonders why I get stressed out, hah!). She is still fussy now but I had to give her to him and get a few minutes away. I feel like such a horrible mother sometimes b/c nothing I do seems to calm her and I end up crying right along with her. I am hoping this will get easier as times goes by.
We picked up our pictures tonight and they are fabulous!!! If anyone needs/wants fantastic pictures I highly recommend Bold Simplicity (check it out here). Sarah is so talented and the prices are reasonable. Riley is actually on the cover of the little Family Values magazine this month and is the picture in her ad and on her business cards and is the front 2 pictures on her website. What can I say....my daughter is a little covergirl :o).
Ok....off to rescue Brian from screaming baby, wish me luck!

I know how you feel! Kaleb was screaming for 45 minutes last night. Nothing I did helped. Brian finally takes him and he lays there with a big smile on his face. Ugh. I had to take a minute and go to my mom's. How frustrating! Don't worry... your a great mom! Speaking of which, I need to see that baby soon. Kaleb misses her too! :)
